Frndly TV partners with A+E to introduce four new add-ons
Today, Frndly unveiled an exciting expansion with the introduction of four new add-ons, allowing Frndly TV customers to seamlessly subscribe to Lifetime Movie Club, HISTORY Vault, A&E Crime Central, and Great American Pure Flix directly through their Frndly TV subscription.
These latest options join Hallmark Movies Now as additional add-ons for Frndly TV. Pricing for Lifetime Movie Club, History Vault, and A&E Crime Central will begin at $4.99 per month or $49.99 annually, while Great American Pure Flix is priced at $8.99 per month or $79.99 annually.
Lifetime Movie Club has already become available to Frndly TV subscribers as of April 16. Meanwhile, History Vault, A&E Crime Central, and Great American Pure Flix are set to roll out later this year, as confirmed by Frndly TV. These five SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) add-ons, along with any future additions, will be accessible via the Frndly TV Channel Store.
In a statement, Michael McKenna, Co-Founder and Chief Programming Officer of Frndly TV, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion, stating, “By making these SVOD services available to our subscribers in one central location, we are further serving our customers with more options for their enjoyment — and providing these services with a national distribution outlet that makes their programming available to millions of potential viewers.”
This announcement comes on the heels of Frndly's recent unveiling of plans to offer select local channels in specific markets.
Frndly TV is compatible with a wide range of devices, including Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV & Google TV, Chromecast, iOS, and Android.
Frndly TV offers over 40 channels live and on-demand, including popular networks such as A&E, Hallmark, Lifetime, Vice, and more. Plans start at $6.99 per month, with a Basic package offering SD video quality and one screen at a time, a Classic package with HD quality, unlimited DVR recordings, and two screens at a time for $9.99 per month, and a Premium package with HD quality, unlimited DVR recordings, and four screens at a time for $11.99 per month.
